Bottas on Miami pitlane penalty and steering wheel button issue

Cadillac driver Valtteri Bottas said his drive-through penalty for speeding in the pitlane at the Miami Grand Prix came because he did not press the pit-limiter button hard enough, with the team still waiting for improved steering wheel components. Bottas said: "I pressed the pit limiter button, but apparently not hard enough. We're still lacking a bit of feedback on some of the buttons, so another error we're still working on. It's been a known issue, we just haven't got the new buttons yet. Hopefully in the next race. But yeah, it's one of the things that happens when you start as a new team."

FIA revises ADUO review points

The FIA has confirmed tweaks to F1’s ADUO (Additional Development and Upgrade Opportunities) rules after the cancellation of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix, which has provisionally cut the 2026 calendar to 22 rounds.
